The Venue

Parking is available on site. If you're staying at the hotel from our room block, there's a shuttle service the day of. Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is always an easy option too.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail party attire. P.S. — if you're not in the wedding party, please don't wear white, sage, beige, or lavender!

Can I bring my kids?

Our celebration is adults only — the only little ones will be those who are part of the wedding party. We hope this gives everyone a night to relax and enjoy!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We're keeping our guest list to those named on the invitation, so we kindly ask that you not bring an additional guest. If you weren't invited, please understand it's nothing personal — just space!

What's the food and drink situation?

Dinner is buffet style from Johnson's BBQ. Also, after the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking professional photos, you will be able to help yourselves to the hors d'oeuvres in the reception area. There's an open bar, though the drink selection is limited — and tipping your bartender is always a kind gesture.

What will the weather be like?

October in the Tampa area is usually warm, but it can cool down in the evenings. Good news: the reception is inside a beautiful barn with air conditioning, so you'll be comfortable all night.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Yes! Unless your name is “Poppy” (our designated grandpa photographer), please put your phone away until the reception. We want to see your faces — and let the pros capture the moments. You can relive it all on our photos page afterward.
